May 4 2012 – Kimberley, North Cape, South Africa" - ‘North Cape Teacher' writes: “Below are scans of faxes that went out to black-racist, Northern Cape schools (both primary and secondary schools) on 25 April 2012. It orders us to constantly assess, re-assess and assess again extremely low IQ Negroes who score below 60% passrates – ordering us to continue assessing such pupils, even severely mentally-disabled pupils who often cannot read or write, until they ‘achieve the minimum 60% passrate…’ the teacher noted in a letter to Censorbugbear-Reports. This order goes a long way towards explaining the 544 SA schools which had achieved ‘100% or even higher’ (!) passrates  last year… official SA govt matriculation pass rates for 2011
